EU Journey Part 3, Amsterdam the first time

First thing we did was grab a kebab right out of the train station, really nice kebab. "Woosh", those guys know how the smash that meat and cabbage into something nice in about a millionth of a second.

The only thing we booked many days in advance was the trip to Barcelona and the Hostel there, all other trips and hostels/hotells we booked either the same day or the day before. Well when we thought we would go to Amsterdam, we only managed to get one night at a reasonable price. So we spent that first night in Amsterdam in a hostel in the center of Amsterdam, couple of hundred metres from the Red light district. They had pretty ok price, something like 30 euro/night/person. They guys at the counter was super friendly, koreans i think, chinese arent that nice and i know enough japanese to hear if its in the background.

Here is some pictures i took from the center of Amsterdam. No pictures from inside the Red light though, whores, pimps, drug dealers and horny hindus dont like to get their face on camera... Wonder why...

Anyway, whores where you know... anatomically nice. At least at night, during they day i guess its the part time workers who "get their fill", sorry for the pun. Their faces is ill trained to mask pain, suffering, emotional detachment and boredom. Around 50 euros is the going rate for a short session of what ever. The smell from the Hill street blues made that whole bit seem insignificant, fortunately. The place tender had tender bags under her tender eyes and a tired expression below it all.  The colors sparkled like angeldust, skin turned to waxy love and sound slowly flowed through the visual field like ripples on water. Graffitti and notes spread out everywhere, most of it nonsense or just a simple doodle of giggling value. We rose late with love from that murky place.

In the Netherlands houses outward facing facade is built sloping, watch how these tiles are not quite paralell with the window. The tiles are not wrong placed and the window is neither, its ment so slope outwards so as to be able to hook a rope to the wall and hoist furniture through the window. Why? Because for some odd reason they always decide to make the stairs REALLY small.

This is a house cat just enjoying life in a placed called "36" i think.

I dont know if i was "all wrong" or if these birds where "all wrong", but something was not OK, they where behaving like two CIA employees being on our ass and very close to our kebab ALL the time. It looks like they are having some sort of secret communique or something. Definietely fishy birds.
